Since 2012, ELIT Group has been redefining mobility through services that meet all your expectations. Created to offer an affordable and eco-friendly alternative to Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, ELIT has expanded its services over the years. Today, we offer private transfers, chauffeur services, valet parking, vehicle rentals, and secured parking close to the airport. About ELIT Group
In 2012, Thomas Meunier founded ELIT in Lyon: an independent Lyon-based transport company.
At the start of the journey: the desire to create a credible and more affordable alternative to the transport options of the time for reaching the airport from Lyon. It was also about the ambition to develop an environmentally friendly service by offering collective transportation and using modern vehicles that comply with European standards (Eco5).
During its early years, ELIT focused exclusively on transporting passengers between Lyon city center (Bellecour) and Saint Exupéry Airport, and vice versa. The service quickly evolved to offer direct pick-up or drop-off at passengers’ homes, both to and from Saint Exupéry Airport, Geneva Airport, ski resorts, train stations, and regional transport hubs.
It was only natural for ELIT to start offering its clients chauffeur and vehicle services, not just for professional events but also for private occasions such as weddings.
In 2015, ELIT launched its Low-Cost Shuttle Service from or to Meyzieu ZI station for Saint Exupéry Airport. Unfortunately, this service, despite its success, could not be maintained. Like many Lyon-based transport operators, ELIT faced pressures from Rhonexpress on its activities.
In 2018, ELIT took a new step forward by launching an exclusive parking service in Grenay (7 minutes from the airport), accompanied by a free shuttle to the airport. ELIT Parking quickly gained popularity thanks to its highly competitive rates and the reliability of the service provided.
Since 2012, ELIT has continuously expanded its services, hired professional drivers, and grown its fleet of vehicles to optimize its offerings and better support you in all your travels.

Elit Transports
The ELIT Transports service was launched in Lyon in 2012 with just one vehicle, initially offering passenger transfers between Lyon city center and Saint Exupéry Airport. Today, ELIT Transports boasts a full fleet of vehicles tailored to meet every need, along with professional drivers dedicated to ensuring your transfers and travel needs, no matter how far or how long you require our services. Airport transfers
Transfers between Lyon and Saint Exupéry Airport are among the most frequent routes we handle. Our drivers are available 24/7 to ensure you arrive on time at the airport, departing from your home, one of Lyon’s train stations, or even Geneva if you’re making a transfer at Lyon Saint Exupéry.
Geneva Airport
Whether coming or going, we handle transfers between Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport and Geneva International Airport. Expect approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of travel time. This service is available 24/7.
